Recurso de súplica.
El rechazo de la demanda se dio luego de determinar que el escrito de subsanación reiteró en esencia y con todas sus deficiencias los argumentos que llevaron a la inadmisión.
Al no lograrse desvirtuar el examen efectuado en su momento por el magistrado sustanciador, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió CONFIRMAR el auto cuestionado.
